Powder blush is not normally a good thing for mature skin (my skin is still a bit oily). What I have found that works for me are a combination of the Shiseido minimalist whipped blush and the Ilia Multistick If your skin is dry the Ilia would probably be great. For me, I still have combination skin. Powder blush looks chalky but the Shiseido topped with a bit of the ILIA works.
